We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. SAVIA-DESIGN will not give out your telephone number, e-mail address or any other personal information, except where needed to deliver a product or service your order. We will not send customers newsletters if not requested.

How will my order be delivered?

SAVIA-DESIGN uses USPS mail for all orders.

We make sure to protect your package in a good packing for short and long distance trip, whoever we are not responsible for damage items during shipping but please feel free to contact us for any inconvenient: info@savia-design.com

Since SAVIA-DESIGN store is powered by ETSY, Please check Etsy terms and policy for placing orders.

How can I track my order?

Your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been authorized, and we'll email you with a tracking number so that you can monitor it's every move until it reaches your door.
