Syrian founder of SAVIA-DESIGN, Savia Bassali, was born in Damascus, and studied at the Arab International University in Syria, before settling in Houston, Texas, USA.
​
Her passion for modern and traditional designs, fascination of different cultures and belief in the value of handmade work, Savia decided to put her eye for colorful details into a handmade home furnishing and accessories line.

Savia creates simple designs, using a fusion of modern and traditional patterns, then presents them in a vibrant colorful way!

Taking inspiration from her beautiful memories of her home town in Syria, other cultures that she was influenced by, and every day surroundings, Savia continues to create for you and your home!
